At Primary Homecare we work with adults of all ages who need help to remain as independent as possible in their own homes and to give them support on an individual basis to continue to be valued, contributing members of society.
We currently work with an extremely intelligent young lady who is confined to a wheelchair. We support her to live independently by helping her with personal care, so that she can get ready for work on time.
We also help by preparing meals and undertaking household tasks to give her the time to do what she enjoys in life. Although she has an excellent supportive family she does not want to rely on them all of the time and this, for her, is an ideal situation. She is very much in control and we are there to support and enable her to live independently.
